2010 Registration Information

You have three ways to register:

1. Online registration.

Creating an account is free and easy! An account provides instant access to the online forms for Illinois Great Rivers Conference. An account should be created by an adult family member. All information is required.

Due to privacy laws, health forms may not be submitted electronically. Registration is not confirmed until a written health form has been received and processed in the Springfield Camping Office. Registration and health forms are available in a pdf file. Please mail the forms to address listed below.

2. Mail

Download and complete an Individual or family registration and health form for each registrant. Mail to the address listed below.

3. Fax

Download and complete an Individual or family registration and health form for each registrant. Fax forms to 217-529-4150. If your registration is faxed, payment is required using a credit card. There is a 3% transaction fee charged when using a credit card.
